CONDITIONS |
1. Credit card details must be provided when making a
reservation in order to secure the booking and
availability can't be guaranteed until a booking is paid
and confirmed. Card will
be charged 24-hours before pick up time unless requested by the customer
different (to be charge before that time), or less
than a 24-hours notice by phone or 35-hours notice by
email is given for a cancellation. Late cancellations
incur fee (minimum charge $96.15+GST sedan $121.15+GST Large
car and $131.15+GST People Mover).
2. A no contact with customer (No Show) will result in
the full amount of the journey being charged. If you
cannot contact the driver (at the Airport, Hotel etc.)
then please call Damir on

immediately.
3. All prices attract a 10% GST (Goods and Services
Tax).
4. A $17.50 parking fee applies from the domestic
terminal for airport pick up.
5. A $35 fee applies for pick-ups from the international
terminal.
6. A Surcharge applies for pick-ups between 09:45pm and
11:45pm and 03:45am and 5:15am (extra $30).
Surcharge between 11:45pm and 03:45am is an extra $60.
7. Any diversions from a direct transfer will result in
an additional charge minimum $35.
8. A $25.00 fee per baby seat, booster and/or capsule
applies.
9. Different prices apply for large special events/days
such as AFL Grand Final, Grand Prix, Spring Racing
Carnival (Caulfield Cup; Cox Plate; Darby Day; Melbourne Cup;
Lady’s Day...). Please ask for a quote.
10. We allow 10 minutes grace for pickups from fixed
addresses (office; home; hotel; restaurant etc.).
Waiting time after will be charged at $3 per minute
($5) per minute 9:45pm - 5:15am and weekends). Waiting
time is charged in 10 minutes blocks.
11. EXTRA charges apply for Saturday ($15), Sunday and
Public Holidays ($30).
12. All prices and charges quoted are for a 4 door sedan vehicle
which can seat up to 3 people. If you require another
vehicle type, or have more than 3 passengers, please
contact us for a quote. Any request for the particular
car (make or model) extra charges apply.
13. We reserve the right to change, update or modify
these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior
notice.
